Introduction of SAP Concur added to new expense tasks approval. Customer was looking for a centralized inbox for all approval workflows.
Our customer was grappled with the herculean task of managing multiple approval workflows, notifications, and expense reports manually. Concur was recently introduced in the landscape for all expense approvals for Union and Non-Union employees/contractors. Introduction to Concur added another layer of administrative complexity to their team. Integritty team identified this challenge and helped with a seamless integration of Task Center on SAP BTP and Concur.
With the SAP BTP Task Center’s capabilities, our objective was to enhance user efficiency by offering a unified notification hub for managing approval workflows, encompassing Concur Request, Concur Expense, and other integral SAP solutions within the Intelligent Enterprise Suite.
This integration presented customer with the advantages of streamlined and centralized expense approvals, notifications and related action item. Below are some key highlights of this project:

SAP Cloud Identity Services are needed for integrating task providers with SAP Task Center
Below services would be needed in your BTP tenant:
- SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition, formerly known as SAP Launchpad service or advanced edition
- SAP Cloud Identity Services – Identity Authentication
- SAP Cloud Identity Services – Identity Provisioning
With the successful integration, the expenses registered in Concur workflows to designated approvers and can be seen in approver’s Task center Inbox
